Privately owned, recently renovated VIP 3 bed, 2 bath villa, located just steps from two golf courses and a short 5 minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Custom decorated and centrally located, this villa features terrazzo tile floors, Carolina room, living/dining great room, a first floor master bedroom suit with huge tile shower for 2 and separate powder room. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a third with two twins. This is a non smoking unit.

Free clay court tennis time with the rental of bikes from the South Beach Racquet Club. Other amenities include three televisions, a VHS/DVD player, modest video library, cable, stereo sound system, microwave, free wireless high speed internet, dishwasher, a full-size washer/dryer, and a fully equipped custom kitchen. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free, we provide all linens, as well as pool towels, beach chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, and much more.
